Participatory Action Research Practicum

A one day training workshop for safety practitioners and managers outlining the theory and practice of appreciative inquiry and collaborative problem solving as a means to advance workplace safety performance. The session will draw on forestry examples, but is open to participants from all workplace settings where high reliability is a priority.
